Just a bit about me...

I followed my heart to Ocracoke after graduating from UNC Chapel Hill. My interest in bodywork developed deeper through teaching yoga, my other passion. Upon graduating from The Scherer Institue of Natural Healing in Taos, NM, I started Deep Blue Day Spa at the Castle B&B in June 2000.

Now on my 10th year anniversary, I am excited to have my business at the beautiful location of my home with space for massage and private yoga lessons.
